Alexander Omelyanchik – Rome 2016

Nanostructured magnetic materials (nM2-lab), Institute of structure of matter, Rome, Italy

PhD-student Alexander Omelyanchik second time visited the laboratory in Italy. This time, Alexander was involved in the synthesis and characterization of ferrite nanoparticles. The set of cobalt ferrite nanoparticles dropped by nickel was synthesized by co-perspiration and sol-gel auto-combustion methods. Alexander studied the theoretical background of nanomagnetism and state-of-art in this field.
