Registration and abstract submission is already open. Abstracts should be prepared as a .doc (.docx, .rtf) file according to the template and should be sent to the Conference e-mail address – ibcm@lnmm.ru. The abstract submission deadline is the 10st of April, 2017.

Registration fee can be paid on-site (during registration).

Registration fee:

Regular participant: 250 euros
Student: 165 euros
Accompanying person: 100 euros

If the conference is supported by Russian Foundation for Basic Research, the registration fee for Russian participants is 165 euros (10 000 rubles).

The registration fee includes:

– admission to the welcome ceremony
– coffee/tea/beer during the breaks
– conference dinner
– lunches and dinners during the conference

– admission to all scientific sessions
– access to the exhibition and poster area
– conference bag and the name badge
– conference program and book of abstracts
– certificate of attendance

For Russian participants (some bureaucratic details):

Сумма регистрационного взноса для российских участников составит 10 000 рублей. Оплатить организационный взнос можно будет наличными средствами при регистрации. В качестве подтверждения оплаты организационного взноса будут подготовлены договора на оказание услуг, выданы чеки.

При необходимости получения подтверждения оплаты организационного взноса определенной формы, просим сообщить об этом заранее по электронному адресу: ibcm@lnmm.ru. В случае, если Вашей организации требуется определенный вид договора, просим прислать его также в качестве примера.
